I was asked to help commish this keeper league as the original commish stiffed the league on some of the payouts. I convinced the fellas to re-do the entire keeper draft and move the league to MFL. Here is a link and some of the quick rules, but a full rule listing can be found under the BYLAWS area on the league page. Everyone is from the old league that has been together for a few years except Niner and CF are new.
We need 2 more owners. You will get to pick your own team name and give ideas for your own banner (colors pics etc) and get in on the ground floor since they have decided not to keep their old rosters.

20 man rosters
Starting line ups 1QB 2-RBS 3-4 WRs 1-2 TE's 1K 1D
VPs
Overall 12 teams, 3 Divisions, VP Scoring
13 Regular Season Games with a 3 week playoff system (weeks 14-16)
1st place $500 2nd place $250 3rd place 100 4th place $65 Division winners $50 each and Consolation Bowl $25
BONUS $25 to highest scoring position designated player in each of last 4 weeks. ($100 total) Weeks 14, 15, 16 and 17. (most leagues don’t have a reason to play in week 17 we will still be playing for the $25 highest winner) It will have to be a starting player from your roster.
Week 14 will be highest scoring WR =$25. Week 15 highest scoring RB=$25. Week 16 highest scoring QB=$25. Week 17 highest scoring complete starting Roster. In case of a tie, each team will get $12.50....if more than 2 teams tie your total overall points scored for that week will be the tie breaker. (Unless its week 17, then we will resort back to your total regular season VP's, Points For, Points Against....that should be plenty!)
Each team can keep anywhere from 0 to 3 players to begin the second season and beyond. Keepers must be declared by 7 days before the start of the draft.
Any players drafted in rounds 1-3 of the previous year cannot be held as keepers. Players drafted after the third round may be kept a maximum of three times
For each player you keep, you give up a draft pick 2 rounds higher than the player’s draft position the year before. If you keep a free agent from the previous year, you give up your 14th round pick.
