Running back help (1 Viewer)

What's up everyone?!?!  I'm a new b from Omaha, NE.  I'm looking forward to conversing with everyone.

I am one of the unfortunate ones dealing with the aftermath of the David johnson injury.  In my CBS league it is a keeper league.  We are only allowed to have 3 running backs total with my other 2 being Christian McCaffrey, and Blount.  Now I really only have to start 1 running back in which I would have to rely on all my  receivers which are Baldwin, Crabtree, and John Brown from Arizona.   Do I dump David Johnson ( if I stashed him for next year i have to pay an extra 15 dollars) or assume McCaffrey could turn into a stud?

I appreciate any help!

You're only allowed to roster 3 RBs total?  Good grief. Sounds like the commish is deathly afraid of not having tons of talent out in the FA pool.  Yuck.

If you only have to start one RB then I'd hold onto Johnson and pray like hell that CMC and Blount dont get hurt.  I'd rather keep Johnson through his injury so he can be kept next yr.  Although with only 3 RBs rostered max by each team there may be some useful RBs out there.  Can you give us a sample of the RBs on the wire?

I appreciate the reply.  Here are the top few. J rodgers(tb) j white(ne) Carson(sea) J Allen(bal) Lacy(Sea), Ellington(Ari).  Those are the top few.  I can't see dropping David Johnson for any of them, but do you think any of those are a better option than Blount?

but do you think any of those are a better option than Blount?
not really, no.

Rodgers is only the starter till muscle hamster gets back. White is an interesting option. He'll get some work but Gillise is obv the back to own in that backfield and Burkhead gets some passwork. Carson is only the "starter" until Rawls gets back and Lacy is ####### buried on that depth chart so forget him. Ellington will get some passing work. I think West is still the man and I think Balt is going to maybe add a back. Allen is a neat option but I wouldn't drop Johnson for him. I think Johson is back in like 2 months anyways so the smart money is on running with Blount and Caff.

Beat me to it.  This is exactly my thinking.  Hang onto DJ and like I said, pray CMC and Blount stay healthy.
