Ryan Clark VS Anthony Smith (1 Viewer)

Clark is still the starter but Anthony Smith seems to be getting more time than I would have guessed after Clark winning the job outright in the preseason. Going into the preseason, I thought Smith would def win it out because of his proficiency to create turnovers and being a big hitter with better tackling skills. He still in definitely their future at this position and is just too good to not see some playing time.
Fantasy wise, this doesn't surprise me because due to Smith's tackling ability he's going to get more tackles on the RB/short route receviers because the Steelers seem to play to this strength. Clark is more of a centerfield classic FS who tries more to prevent the deep ball. I don't think Clark put up great FF stats last year (most FS don't) but he had a solid yr football wise
Polamalu is questionable this week and McFadden appears to be out at least a couple weeks. The Steelers #3 CB right now would either be rookie Willie Gay or the underachieving Ricardo Colclough. I think with McFadden out, whether Troy is or isn't, youll see Clark and Smith both on the field at the same time much more in nickel and dime situations
