S.Jackson owners are you rostering Darby (1 Viewer)

Rounders

So playoff time is near and in my league waivers are not permitted in the playoffs unless you replace an injured player.

I have been toying with the idea to handcuff S.Jackson, but haven't pulled the trigger. Not sure Darby is a worthy handcuff. I would be able to pick him up in the playoffs if Jackson gets hurt (but I would have to cut Jackson), so I think that I may just pick up Darby for the protection, but curious to know how many Jackson owners are rostering Darby.

TIA

It depends on who you would need to drop and what kind of running back depth you have. Would you really feel comfortable starting Darby in a playoff matchup even with Jackson out? I'm guessing most playoff teams have a little better depth - but with that said if you are dropping a useless player it's not going to hurt.ETA: I do own Jackson in a dynasty league and have carried Darby all season, but we have 25 man rosters. I also have solid RB depth (Ray Rice, Peyton Hillis and Michael Turner) so I really wouldn't play Darby though anyway.

It's as simple as this. If you'd rather start Darby if SJax went down than the current RBs on your bench and you have a useless player to drop, go for it. If I was relying on SJax and my backups were Torain and D. Brown, I might grab Darby unless there's someone better on waivers. If I had Benson or Forte in reserve, I'd rather play them than Darby.

I have SJax, Charles, Moreno, Bradshaw, Gerhart, Dixon. Might drop Gerhart if ADP plays, but I am not sure I would pick up Darby.

Depends on your needs and situation. I have clinched first and have the last week of reg season and round 1 of playoffs (bye) to relax. So I cut bait on marginal players (blair white types) and added Darby to handcuff
