S/ST strategy for unusual scoring (1 Viewer)

I noticed the settings in a friend's league I am new to has D/ST return yards =1 ff pt for 10 yards.

Also it gives 20 ff pts for shutouts and 10 ff points for holding teams to 3points.

It's a 14 team league and I'm wondering if I should pick a top D/ST earlier than usual and if so who and when?

Rush =1 pt for 10 yards but Rec = 1pt for 15 yards.

RBs and WRs get return yards but only 1 ff pt for 25 return yards.

I always wait on D/ST until next to last round but with the scoring heavy for D/ST I thought I'd ask for some shark advice.
