Doctor Detroit

Please remove your headgear
-Never drink from a glass at a restaurant in Sub-Saharan Africa.

-Do not use a credit card that you acquired for the purpose of a 0% balance transfer. Most are hitting you with 19%+ APR on additional purchases. Shelve it until it's all paid off.

-Don't encourage people who like Lindsey Graham and dislike Bill Murray, they are as evil as evil gets.

:bye:

Don't read the Ebola thread.

Also, for credit cards

AMEX cards start with 3

VISA with 4

MC with 5

Discover with 6

I hate when people ask me what type card it is, if you are taking the information you should know this.

Just saw Sam's is carrying a line of cheap tri-ply skillets. 10" is only $25. Great deal. Not even made in China. Well, Brazil but still.

They do have some fantastic non-stick skillets that actually are made in the US. If you are into non-stick skillets.

Thursday night NFL sucks
:goodposting:
SD vs Den next week
would be a better game on Sunday without a short week.
Why is this? There are 9 other games Sunday at 1 and then another handful at 4 (EST)... & then a nightcap of SF vs Den.

I see no issues with the game last night that ended with a blocked field goal.
did you have a problem with the other 5 that sucked?

Sort of in line with the earlier post to the effect of "look at her mother in yoga pants" is one my dad told me when I was in my teens and boy, has it ever held true:

If you want to see what a girl will be like, look at her mother (not just looks but also demeanor); that's what she will look like and who she'll be in 20-30 years.

The Texans/Colts game was def entertaining last week too.

I'd be happier if they evened out the early and late games on Sunday instead of removing TNF. The spread of 10 early / 3 late or 9 early / 4 late needs to be slightly adjusted.

I have more of an issue with 9-10 early games & only 3-4 late games. Makes my redzone day chill too quickly. No reason a couple more east/Midwest games can't start @ 4:00.

last night was a great game.

But usually, good teams play better with a full week of practice / prep.

There were these two bulls sitting on top of a hill overlooking a pasture full of cows. The smaller one looked at the bigger one and said "Hey dad, let's run down there and ***** one of those cows!". The bigger one looked back and said "No, son. Let's walk down there and **** them all."

Maybe they found the formula yesterday. One good team and one bad team.

Heard that one from a buddy of mine's Dad who is full of great wisdom.

His most important nugget: "Treat a whore like a lady, and a lady like a whore"

His son, btw, is about 300 pounds and pushing 40 with a 24 YO actress for a wife.

I'm screwed...

It is easy to grow, only having three major requirements - plenty of sunshine, good drainage and good air circulation. It looks pleasant in the garden and grows pretty purple, pink, blue or white flowers in summer. When harvested and dried, it can be used as a stuffing for poultry, rabbit, pork, and baked fish, and can also be used in sausage or meat loaves.
