Saints - Raiders (1 Viewer)

Still need to find a stream, but two short passes to L.Moore, two big passes to Shockey and looks like the Saints are running well vs Oakland :lmao:

Shockey looking good, Lance Moore with couple nice grabs, Brees is Picking up where he left off last year strong start for the Saints

Well, I have Zach Miller, and McFadden/Bush on my roster so I am watching to get a feel for my team's players... I also have R. Bush, but he is sitting out...

 
Russell coming out sharp.

ETA- then he holds it too long and poor front-side protection by the RB and awareness by Jam and the ball is on the infield. Saints' ball.

It's funny, Pat Kirwan of Sirius and NFL.com practically called this. They were at Oakland's camp, and he said he was very concerned how Russell would still be holding the ball after 5... 6... 7 seconds during passing drills, while all the other QBs in the camps he visited had a rhythm where they'd drop back one, two, three and the ball was out, just like that. Brees is a great example.

 
Lance Moore picking up right where he left off last year. Brees likes this guy, and y'all better pay attention. He's getting no love right now. PPR easy top 30 WR.

Just when you thought the Raiders couldn't look worse...Devery Henderson roaming freely in the Raiders secondary.

 
This Mike Bell talk is comical, but please keep it up so Pierre's value drops!! Mike Bell is auditioning for at best a few carries a game and there is a reason why he has been cut twice!

 
nice pass rush there.. right up the gut. Almost ripped Drew's head off

Not really surprised here, the Raiders have possibly the most inept coaching staff in the league...I can't think of a worse place for a young QB to go.

And the real mike bell is back. Looks very ordinary. That short yardage play coulda been a t's if he saw it instead of going airborne.

I am not watching the game, but I must be missing something. Bree's is going off, but Bell is 5 for 15. Isn't that 3 ypc? Yeah, PT is toast!!!

Bell had a fantastic catch on a screen pass (ball was over his head, not an easy grab). If people are suggesting that Bell will be the starter, that is just silly. But on the flip side, it's equally dumb to suggest that Bell looks bad. He doesn't. He looks like he could step in and do well.
 
pretty crazy to think back as to how Brees ended up with Saints instead of Dolphins.. More I watch this guy more I just am amazed at how good an NFL QB/leader he is.

Even that throw min. ago where Huff was closing Brees still put that ball where only the WR could get it.. and had big time CB on WR.

I'm watching his running ability. I could care less about his screen passes as that'll be Reggie Bush all day everyday when he's in. If Bells gonna take carrie's away it'll be from Pierre and it'll be on the ground and so far he looks average at best.
