Ok draft,we got bush, we got bush.A few other ok picks.He made alot of moves hascrap would of never made.I dont know who his playcalling is going to be but so far hes made good moves for the saints.

I'm not sure I would agree with the center from Cleveland. The Browns basically gave up on him. So you let Bentley get away (to the Browns) and got their cast-off in return. Not sure I think that that is a good move.Of course, Browns cast-offs have panned out before (see: Denver D-Line, ca. 2005).

Had a well rounded draft IMO 2 O lineman 3 defensive players. Bush.. Overall should be a solid team if he can get them to play together. They have talent. Their secondary still concers me..

OK. I just read about the deal on NFL.com. I got to agree with. I like what I see out of Payton so far.

I can't fault them for taking the best player in the draft eventhough they don't need him. I can ##### and scream at the top of my lungs for them trading out of their 34th pick when Winston Justice was there and they need a LT. Then they take some guy from DII at LT????????? That was the dumbest move they made by far.

Or how about the fact that all we had was a bunch of journeymean at LB, yet we didnt take a single LB in the whole draft? We also took 3 wrs for no apparent reason i can discern. Why not take a shot at Vick and turn him in to a WR instead of some no name WR in the 7th round? I still think we should have traded with the jets in the 1st. I'd we had their first 2 picks, we'd have the best young o line in the NFL. They'd have probably taken the deal for 2 first rounders and a 3rd. We got greedy.

Bush is the best talent in the last 5 drafts you cant put a price on that.

Yes the linemen would of been great.The lbs do stink but they were all just starting last year mostly.Our lbs will be ok.dt play makes lbs look a lot better or worse.Dt is a weak spot.Hollis helps dt alot that was a great move.

You got to be happy with our offseason.A leader for a qb(brooks)Brees Great rb.A few ok lbs added.A good dt.

Hasslhoff never would of had an offseason like this.

I agree. Having Reggie Bush takes a lot of the sting out of it, but the rest of the picks were questionable at best. I did like acquiring Hollis Thomas, and the small school kid Evans seems like a worthwhile project, but otherwise, I'm underwhelmed.Did I mention we have Reggie Bush?

We wont make the playoffs because of that D. If we take those 2 o linemen in the first, and a lb in the 2nd, we'd still be ablse to snag a decent safety in the 3rd if we'd made that deal with the jets. In fact, the jets took a safety with their compensatory pick in the 3rd. By addressing our needs like that, we'd be an immediate playoff contender.
