salary cap dynasty leagues? (1 Viewer)

I was just wondering if anyone out there is in a dynasty league that uses some sort of salary cap, free agency, etc. I'd be very interested to hear the way your rules work.

I've posted details on our league a number of times...we use a contract system with contract term caps (no explicit salaries, but the effect is the same)...
