I'm in a salary cap league that the commish runs manually. He sets initial values for players and we have a cap to fill 7 spots with 1QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE and 1Wild Card player. You're allowed up to four free trades per week. Salaries are adjusted after weeks 5, 10, and 14 but the cap always stays the same.
Lots of problems with this - the main one being that he doesn't calculate salaries for all available players.
Is there a site that hosts leagues similar to this?
