Samsung support is closed for the day, so I figure I might as well ask here.
I have a Samsung 3d Blu Ray Home Theater model ht-h7730WM that no longer connect to my Samsung TV on the HDMI ports. PS4 with same cable and new cable works on the TV in all ports. That leads me to believe the TV ports and cables are fine.
I tried both ports on the HT system with different known good cables and nothing. Tried to reset the system by holding the off button. It seems to reset but still no go.
I worked with Samsung report week before last and they asked me to send it in for warrant repair. I get an email a few days ago the repair is complete and it is returned to me today.
I plug everything in and power up. Same issue... Useless piece of junk at the moment.
Anyone have any experience or ideas with this type of issue? Am I missing something dumb here?
I'll be contacting Samsung tomorrow or Thursday to see if I can get an explanation of what they repaired if anything.
