San Diego at Denver (1 Viewer)

Not a fan of enforcing penalties for fouls that have zero impact on the outcome of a play. That said, it was a hold

Remember when watching football the announcers were focused on the players and the plays that happened during the game. Now, it seems like half the game is about clarifying rules, was it a fumble, did they break the plain, was his arm going forward. Lets bring in ex refs to interpret rules that the casual fan probably isn't even sure of anymore. Who even can sit through this crap with all the commercials also besides gamblers and fantasy football junkies?

It's very difficult to overturn those goal line runs like that when you have all of those players piled up in such a close proximity. Had they called it down at the 1/2-yard line and the Broncos challenged it, it would have stayed not a score. Impossible to overturn either way.

It's ironic that the networks really want the Broncos and they get rewarded with blowouts that probably hurt the ratings in the end

Whoever 37 for SD is needs to be checked for a concussion. He got hit in the head on the last play, got turned around, stumbled and seemed to have no idea where he was.
I'm pretty sure he got laid out by his own man on the very first Sanders catch of the night, too.

Every time I swear I'm going to cut the cord and get rid of those soul-sucking leeches at Comcast, I watch a TNF game and realize that life without the Red Zone channel would not actually be worth living.

I'd say you are right. I grew up in a neighborhood where groups of the men got together like ritual and watched the game together and talked actual football. Now days it seems like if the conversation isn't about dailies or fantasy, nobody even bothers to get together to watch a game.
