Non PPR I'd gamble on Gore since Aaron Donald is going to be held out.

That's a good point, Tolzien has me nervous but forgot about Donald.

It's Sanders against the Bolts for me. Sanders is easily a WR 3 and you likely drafted him to be a flex player, so use him there. 
I'm a Colts fan since 1968 and I'm sitting Moncrief this week. Even with Donald out, the Rams will stack the box and MAKE Tolzien beat them. 
Sanders is a very good receiver and should shine against the Bolts.
