We're six hard core Dynasty players (From Sweden/US) looking to start a new league (previous got messed up due to absence of by laws and inactive/casual owners).

We want people in Saudi-Arabia or perhaps the gulf.

* 0.5 PPR (1 PPR for TEs)
* Keep all, no penalty/inflation
