First off... it would be great to watch... some pitch n throw... you can imagine the possibilities.
I can't see Vick at RB running straight ahead... but more as a Reggie Bush like receiving back, reverses, flickers, etc....
I hope they do it for a handful of plays... and if they are smart (and make the playoffs) take the time to expand the playbook... it could go very wrong (i.e. Vick decapitation, turnover) or very well (home runs left and right as LBs scramble to be everywhere at once).

By STEVE HUMMER The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Published on: 12/13/06 Irving, Texas — They've heard it all at the Dallas Cowboys practice facility. Remember, Terrell Owens works there. So, linebacker Akin Ayodele wasn't even breathing hard over this curious little wisp floating on the breeze. "There's a rumor going around they might even put Vick back there," Ayodele said Tuesday to a visitor from Atlanta. "There" being the Falcons backfield, where Warrick Dunn and Jerious Norwood are questionable. "Vick" being Michael, the quarterback with the fancy feet. "Not like he can't. He can create so much trickery out of that — reverses, double reverses, halfback pass. I'm thinking about it and wondering — why haven't they thought about it before?" Suddenly, this is a defense susceptible to anything. The way the Cowboys played in losing to New Orleans 42-17 Sunday, they very well could give up 15 yards to a suggestion. Once a unit thought to be the spinal column of the Cowboys, the defense is facing a short week of regrouping and recrimination before Saturday night's game at the Georgia Dome. Some say the Saints exposed this defense by hanging on it season highs in points and yards (377 passing, 159 rushing). In one game, it was demoted four notches in league rank, from seventh in total defense to 11th. It has something to prove regardless who the Falcons hand the ball to — be it Vick or Morten Andersen.
