I think KC will play very hard and I may put a few quid on them if I get a few points. What do others think?

I will say, I doubt KC gets any calls. The league strongly prefers the Chargers to a 3rd team from the same division, namely BAL. I would not be surprised to see Hochuli work the game since he is their best script guy.

Also, CBS flexed CAR-ATL so CBS has both games of high interest this weekend.

I didn't trust Alex Smith to score TDs against Pittsburgh, and I'll roll that over this week.

Plus Phil is a flat-out baller, a guy you can trust when the stakes are high.

Did you see those two fourth down conversion passes last week?

And I get points? Yeah, I'll take the Chargers.

I read somewhere that the Chiefs are 2-8 straight up and 3-7 vs. the spread in their last 10 home division games. And the Chargers won @KC in each of the past 2 seasons.

Hope these trends continue...

How can the Chargers disappoint their fans in the playoffs if they don't even get there?

Chargers by a FG.

Smith out (lacerated spleen), Chase Daniel in. Game over.
This makes a difference, but I think KC was gonna lose anyways. SD has these ways of playing big in some big games down the stretch. Rivers is 34-7 in December in his career, came back huge last week, and is rolling to where if they win, they're in the playoffs. Even with Smith, I thought this was a great game to take a SD upset.

I guess now the KC supporters will say its all because of Smith though when they lose by 2 tds.

I had naively assumed SD would be favored and hoped to get KC and a few.

Why watch at all or come in here to comment if you think the NFL is scripted?
