Seahawks Friday injury update, RB Alexander and TE Mili practice

RB Shaun Alexander and TE Itula Mili practiced today. Both will play Sunday, coach Mike Holmgren said. The team will activate WR Deion Branch tomorrow, at which time another player must be released, placed on injured reserve or otherwise taken off the 53-man roster. Holmgren said Will Heller would probably start at tight end if the Seahawks open in a formation that includes the position. FB Josh Parry has gotten some work at tight end in practice this week. The line of succesion would be Heller, Mili, Parry and then Tom Ashworth, in which case Holmgren said they would be pretty much a four-wide team.
