Seattle's last seven games (1 Viewer)

In Seattle's last seven games - since Tiki gashed them for 150 - they have conceded a total of just 410 rushing yards on 165 attempts. That's an average of 2.48ypc, and an average conceded of less than 60 yards per game.Of course, they have faced some weak rushing attacks during that time, but to me they have looked very tough nonetheless. Just thought it was an interesting stat as Seattle have rather crept up on everybody as a tough run D in my opinion.Of course, Pitt themselves have only given up one 100-yard game in their last seven (and that was only 105). Might be hard even for these two top running attacks to make progress on the ground in the SB.

Seattle's run defense was solid. But from what I remember they weren't as good as New England in the second half of the season (and post-season).
