I’ll probably be one of the last people to own one.

I still don't understand why I would want to. Better off having a public transit fleet of big safe vehicles loaded up with tech. A car spends 95% of its life unused.

I just want a car that drives itself, and can get me safely and efficiently from point A to B. Don’t care if I own it, or subscribe to a service.

And I’d prefer not sharing rides with a buncha randos. I guess an autonomous vehicle could be partitioned, to improve throughput while maintaining privacy.

An autonomous limo sounds like the best thing ever. Love to be able to get in the night before, go to sleep and arrive at my destination ready to roll
