If that was the only alternative to 'round the clock pickups, then yeah. At least it doesn't favor anybody, right? Round the clock pickups give owners that do this stuff 24/7 a decided advantage, obviously.

But whatever, we are still going to win it all -- even with a crap team and no real waiver opportunities -- you just watch. Or else we won't, so there!

Every league I'm in runs the same way

I didn't realize it was that uncommon

Who said it was uncommon? And that's besides the point. If there is a better way to do things, do it. Making waiver wire access more fair to everyone involved is a no-brainer, imo. WW moves often make a difference. And guys with families, jobs or that just aren't staring at their twatter account all day...they have to get in the back of the line?

So guys like emminence end up vulturing the wire all year long...great. (I don't know who got Asiata-McKinnon, btw, only talking about the rules.)

There are waivers in this league. It's not a complete free for all.
It was yesterday. So waivers run Tuesday is it? Is the rest of the week a free for all? If so, then that's a free for all.

And before someone says serious business, we didn't start a QB last week and forgot to put in for waivers. I'm just surprised it was set up this way.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the way waivers are set up in this league is the strictest way possible on Yahoo. They don't offer daily waivers, if I recall. They definitely don't offer any kind of blind bid system.

Edit: checking from my phone it looks like they do have blind bids? Good to know.

Whew Brong/Doc, we have ourselves a close one. LeSean McCoy vs. Ertz and Cody.

Oh crap, i just looked again and you guys have Nicks too. Yuck, this won't be easy

This is correct...and I mentioned BB as an option several times and nobody said a peep

Also I know some leagues run BB but then default to FCFS the rest of the week...I have no idea how yahoo runs it

I stepped in to run the league as a favor to bender and tried to keep it as simple as possible

tl; too tedious

Hey Mo who is the hot chick in your yahoo avatar?
Some newscaster from Philly. Wish i had a cooler answer like one of my ho's or something, but just a picture i had on my computer for some odd reason. I really don't remember why either :not a stalker:

and i was coming here to vent. 5 minutes before kick-off tonight i decide, for the 1st time all season, to bench Kennan Allen. And i forget, but i think i even benched him for Trent Richardson :wall: . I think i am on a 2 or 3 game losing streak (things go good when Falcons play good, things go bad when they don't), and am not pumped about this impetuous decision. Also think i am going with Bridgewater over Ryan, hoping the same TB defense that played Atl and Baltimore is there on Sunday.
