Different league than my prior question - here I get Howard & Cooper (and also Chargers DST) - and I give up Drake and John Brown.

Fwiw if I get the Chargers I will likely drop the Chargers or either Dorsett or AP.

Not knowing the rest of your team it is hard to see how all the pieces fit and who you have as a defense now to know why you would conceivably carry two defenses and drop skill players.
