*Seneca Wallace* Is there any REAL chance he plays WR? (1 Viewer)

He's been there for quite some time and there has always been some talk of him moving if they got a suitable back up for Hass. With Frye there (dont know his medical status) and them not even having a wr corp in place is it possible? I'm sure he's been practicing the position on and off in his time there. It's also been referenced before that if he was to play there he would be a really good wr. What do you guys think?

I think he will play for sure, IMO he has always looked great when he plays WR. He's got some moves, they just haven't used him since there were no other QB's on the team. That said, he is not a huge target, and I expect him to go back to the bench as soon as engram and/or branch comes back. Even thought I think he is the most talented offensive guy they have (available to play) right now I don't think they will use him as much as they should. They are a mess right now. If you can grab branch or engram and just be paitent. I don't see wallace putting up huge numbers, maybe seviceable for a week or two, but then he'll be right back on the bench. They just lost another Oline guy too. How quickly fortunes turn, from favored for their divinsion to suck-O-matic in the first game.

Thanks for the input. Do you think that Frye can handle the back up job. I for one think that Wallace could really excel even being a smaller target. The league right now is made for the smallish, shifty wr. And with his qb knowledge and the fact that him and Hass have to work together so much wouldn't they have great chemistry?

Yeah, I think they do have chemistry and have seen flashes of potential between them, but I have to question whats going to happen in seattle. It is just such a mess that anything could happen. He could stick at WR, or just flash and out. I would pick him up if I thought he would play, but I'm so used to seeing him on the bench I just can't believe he won't go back there when things change. Frye looked great in the preseason for the most part, I am super happy about that. I always wanted to see seneca on the field more. Will that happen now? not sure. Hell there is a chance he doesn't even play WR, maybe he'll just return punts...who knows. If he does play I think it will be out of the slot in engrams old spot, just a guess tho.
