Basic info 12 team dynasty league hosted on Sleeper Full Point Per Reception scoring FAAB budget and continuous Waivers
Buy-In $100 per person per season to be paid via TeamStake.com $200 (first 2 years) to be paid in the first year of entry. Each following year you pay the annual $100 This should help avoid players choosing to just drop out of the league and should mean we have players take ownership of their team for years to come. If you do decide to leave the league you must source a replacement willing to pay $200 to join the league in order to get a refund of your $100, alternatively you can announce you will be leaving at the end of a season (this must be done pre-season), you must have a replacement lined up and if you win you will not be eligible for the rollover pot the following year. If you are unable to source a replacement the commissioner will do this for you but no refund will be provided and the funds will be added to the rollover pot for the rest of the league (see prize structure below).

PLEASE NOTE: Once a team reaches the feat of 3 League championships, the Empire pot is emptied and it resets along with every teams championship count.
Roster QB x1 RB x2 WR x3 TE x1 WR/RB/TE Flex x1 WR/RB Flex x1 Superflex x1 IR x2 Bench x20 Taxi squad spots x10
Taxi Rookies will be allowed into taxi squads up until the first week of the season, for a maximum of 2 years once they enter the NFL after this they will have to leave the taxi squad and enter the bench. Once they are taken out of the taxi squads they won’t be eligible to re-enter.
Scoring Full PPR scoring = 1 point per rec 4 points per passing TD -2 points per interception 1 point per 25 yards passing 1 point per 10 yards rushing/receiving 6 points TDs receiving/rushing -2 points if fumble lost
Waivers After games waivers clear midnight (PST) Tuesday. For the rest of the week the league will run with a continuous waiver system using the FAAB system. FAAB budget of $100 for the season. Every day waivers will clear at midnight (PST). Additional $100 off season FAAB budget runs from day after the Bowl game through till the first day of the regular season.
Trades Trades are allowed and the deadline for trades will be Week 13. There is a trade review in place but this is only to ensure the integrity of the league. All trades will be reviewed and processed promptly. All trades, once pending, are considered final unless it could be deemed collusion. This means it is extremely important to ensure you are fully happy with a trade before accepting it as the review period is not there to give owners time to change their mind, it is only to protect the integrity of the league. If a trade is accepted in error you MUST contact the commissioner immediately and these will be considered on a case by case basis. The commissioners decision is final.
Startup Draft
The startup draft will consist of 40 rounds and will include all veteran players and 2021 rookies picks. Kicker placeholders will be used to determine the rookie draft order which will be held shortly after the 2021 NFL draft.
The draft will start on March 26th, once the league has been filled and all payments have been made via TeamStake. The draft order will be randomized three times automatically by the sleeper platform ahead of the draft. The draft will also be run using the 3rd round reversal structure. This follows a snake format but the order reverses in the 3rd round. If you have never used this draft format before just google “3rd round reversal draft” to find out more about why this is the overall fairest way to complete a draft.
The draft timer will be set to 8 hours per pick but where possible please make your pick promptly to keep the draft moving along. You can also set notifications on the app which is recommended to help the draft finish in time for the start of the season.
Setting Lineups/Inactivity To ensure the league runs fairly, a full and valid roster must be played every week. If you notice a team is missing players from their lineup please inform the commissioner so that adjustments can be made. If inactivity becomes a recurring issue (2 weeks or more) you may be removed from the league without refund.
Playoffs 6 teams will advance to the playoffs starting in week 14 The top 2 teams after the regular season will earn a bye with the number 1 seed facing the lowest remaining seed in the semi final in week 15..
Tiebreaker to determine where teams finish during the regular season will be as follows

There will be a loser bracket for players finishing in the bottom 6. See "Rookie Draft Order" below for more info.
Mistakes/Errors If an add/drop mistake is made or a player is selected by mistake during the draft then the commissioner must be informed immediately so that this can be rectified. If I do not receive a message/DM/email within 15 minutes of the error then the add/drop/drafted player will stand.
Rookie Drafts Each subsequent rookie draft will begin approximately 4 weeks after the NFL draft. Again, the draft timer will be set at 8 hours allowing plenty of time to consider trade offers and international players to get picks in. The rookie draft will consist of 5 rounds each year and draft picks can be traded up to 3 years in advance. All rookie drafts will be linear (not a snake format)
Rookie Draft Order Rookie draft order will be decided in 2 steps. If you make the playoffs the below will determine your draft position the following season: Winner of Bowl = 12th pick Runner Up = 11th pick Loser of 3rd place playoff = 10th pick Winner of 3rd place Playoff = 9th pick Loser of 5th place playoff = 8th pick Winner of 5th place playoff = 7th pick
This method is used to avoid tanking once out of contention for the bowl game. Win your draft spot.
Losing 6 teams Maximum points for (PF) will determine the rookie order for the losing half of the league. This is to ensure that the worst team gets the best pick. This is the best way to avoid tanking and to keep the league competitive and fair.
