I'd like to take a brief moment to tell @Deamon to eat a big bag of fat ones this weekend while my team whoops his.

Kermit Mahomes >>>>>>>>> Joshy Allen!!!

Strike first. Strike hard. No mercy!
Congrats, you will win.

Damn straight.
I have the ultimate karma trump card here - well beyond your reverse jinxes. I have the unicorn of all unicorns - the starting white Running Back. Ghosts of John Riggins, Mike Alstott, Peyton Hillis coming for ya, my dude.
Whatcha gonna do???... Absolutely nuthin!

Daaaaaaaaaaamn.....

100% sure @Chaka will disagree here, but for next year I would like to see a change in either the starting lineup, bench size, or both. Because they're both so large, this really comes down to who stays healthy (not me apparently), or who picks the right lottery tickets. Not enough room to adapt with either.

Agreed

By far the most starting spots I've ever used. I kinda like it. Hell, my last trade was to address my #3 flex spot. Crazy. Ha ha

Disagree on bench size. Take a starter away maybe but the bench is small enough as it is.

Only three games in and already they're trying to limit how pretty I can be.
U do it to yourself.
Don't hate me because I use Pantene.
Zero hate. I see through the pretty. Your an overachiever. I eat overachievers for breakfast.
I'm more of a bagel & lox kind of guy.

But I appreciate knowing you circled our game on your calendar seven weeks in advance. It must be nice for you to have something so pretty to think about for so long.

We play? Oh. I guess we would. McCaffrey should be back then. Here's to Khalil Herbert not killing me. Ha ha

I think the FBG Bowl went even one starter deeper. With all the injuries guys are struggling to field a starting lineup and with a 20 round draft with no kickers the wire is beyond barren.

oh I thought it was 18 for some reason. Ya, 20 with no kicker is a lot. 18 with no kicker would be perfect.

Then maybe two IR spots. I currently have 3 players on IR, and one who has been out for 2/3 games. This essentially gives me four bench spots for a 10 slot starting roster. Excuse my while I go point to a shirt.

I absolutely love the starting lineup requirements and hope that they don’t change. I wouldn’t mind having an IR spot or two added to the bench— but I think that the deep starting lineups make it so that most (if not all) teams have areas where they can improve. I think that once bye weeks start kicking in—these deeper lineup requirements will encourage trading and active management—which is one of the reasons why I enjoy playing season long fantasy football. My team has a nice record right now—and because of the starting lineup requirements for this league—I’m still not super comfortable with my team. I think that’s a good thing. The first few weeks of the fantasy season are always a crapshoot.

how do you put players on the block. fyi, i will be putting the entire squad on the block. TIALOLFML

This is where I am as well. I've always been able to cover my draft mistakes (and there are many) with the waiver wire, but I like the challenge of having limited players to choose from. I think one IR spot would be nice for those guys hit with injuries, and I'd be ok with two as long as they were officially on IR with the NFL.

Anyone on my team is available. I need some players.

My self-deprecating schtick may come to an end tomorrow night. Gonna be a nail biter.

Meh, Sleeper seems to think I'll make it close, but I don't see it. You're up 25 with 3 to play. I have three to play, all Bengals. Congrats on continuing to prove zero RB was a bad idea this year.

As for the settings, I like them well enough as they are. To make them perfect for me I'd make the flexes w/t, w/r/t, q/w/r/t; but that's just me. I think Chaka prefers SF too.

IR spots are nice to have, but these benches are pretty deep.

Go Bengals!

Joey. Might be time to restart talks on Bijan for Taylor and change?

"If you get this message during normal business hours, we are either out or helping another customer. Or we have no interest in trading Taylor for Bijan+"

We shall see. I'm hopeful but feeling pretty unlucky this year across many leagues. Oh, and maybe cuz the Raiders just lost to the crappy Panthers, so no chickens are being counted for sure.

I like the settings as well but Kittle, Addison and now Devonta Smith all Out, I would love to have an IR spot or 2 next year. Tons of starting spots we need to fill in this format.

Hate my team

That's copyright infringement!!!

Wait! Is this not a Superflex League?

Then WTF do I have four damn QBs on my roster?
Well. In your defense all 4 are actually bad so thats good. Er. Bad. Uh. Your pretty but an overachiever!!!! Ha ha
I hate my team.

Banned laughter …..

Oh well. Garbage time TD by Moss took me out. Nice win @Chaos34

Hey man, how's your night going?

Both my fantasy teams lost, and the Raiders season might be lost after yesterday. More impactfully, both youth soccer teams that I coach suffered tough, gritty losses. Pretty sure that overall combo has never happened before, so definitely not my ideal weekend.

But I am remarkably content tonight regardless. Fun as **** playing with you guys so far this year, and I will gladly eat the bag of fatties I reserved for you to show it.

Cheers, bruh. But next time bring it when you don't have the win locked, if you want true glory. Kicking dirt on the vanquished foe isn't nearly as amazing. Real talk.

DaRaiders. You've scored good points this year, but 2nd in highest points against. If you could struggle this week your country would appreciate it. Mahalo

Did you draft all the fat slow kids four rounds early in those leagues too?

Bro, don't go there. Save your kicks for my fantasy players, not my real ones. Kinda weird of you to insert yourself this way into our thread, but if you are going to get personal with your spewage, be ready for some super harsh in return. Seriously, don't cross this line again.

lol I don't initiate trash talk. But if you're gonna go off on how big of a steal Mahomes was at 2.03, then I'm gonna mention it when Allen destroys him :P

I like the larger than normal starting lineup requirements but I am not sure it will help stimulate trading. It severely hampers ones ability to do 2-for-1 trades because you are most likely going to be sending out at least one starter and, very likely a second starter or quality bench depth/bye week coverage. Recouping that lost value from the wire is going to prove very difficult.

Agreed.

When Dalvin Cook finally hits the emotions in my body will feel glorious. Onward Soldiers.
Hits what? The insurance office to collect on his work comp claim? The Blue Plate special at Applebees? A cross court winner in the pickleball tournament in his 55 and over community?
