Is that true?The new video was shot 10 minutes after the shootings. My good buddy shot it and I made fun of him for it being so shaky. He noted that they were taking cover from the second shooter.

Well, if his performance was chronically poor, would he have been promoted two months earlier? Or perhaps he peed on the wrong rug or something after his promotion?
I guess I'm just thinking that being transferred for poor performance could mean that he had one run-in with a superior officer and that 'poor performance' was just a convenient label. Or it could mean exactly what it implies. Where did you get this info? I'm not watching TV so I'm curious if there is something I could read about it.

This guy suddenly decides to grab handguns and start shooting the base up. I'm much more interested in what this guy was thinking than I am how many people killed because after 2 or 3 the number is simply hard for any human to comprehend. We saw 180 killed in Baghdad last week...I didn't see anyone get up in a fuss in here, maybe I missed the thread but no one really posts about the car bombs in the ME anymore...heck we can barely get a discussion when 12 soldiers die in a day or week over in Afghanistan.
