Drafted tonight in a 12 team big money league.. We have a loose starting lineup with 1QB, 1Rb, 1WR, 1TE, 3 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1K, 1D. .5 PPR, 4 pt pass tds, 6 pt all others. 2 pt bonus for td over 40 yards.

Roster:

QB - Burrow, Caleb
RB - Jacobs, Najee, Carbonet, McLaughlin
WR - Hill, AJ Brown, London, Aiyuk, Worthy, Cooks, Wicks
TE - Kincaid
K - Aubrey
D - Chiefs

My RBs clearly are terrible. Strategy out of the gate is to have a WR explode and package them for RB upgrade. Stay pat or should I worry.

the short answer is maybe. Probably yes.

Clearly, you are starting Hill and Brown and just assuming that all of London, Aiyuk and Worthy are hits and you can trade one and whomever else for a better rb. I think that strategy was sorta risky. I guess my advice would be to pay attention to the points, if you can start 4 WR and 4 of your guys are doing well there's no point in trading for a RB that maybe better than Najee/Jacobs but scores less than wichever WR someone wants. RBs also get injured a fair bit so maybe you could just wait and see what you can get from the WW. Hope that helps a little. Good luck.

At first I was thinking "of course ... they need more RBs!"

But then I see you only need to start 1 RB, and can start 4 WRs. So I think you're good for now. Najee's fine if just needed for a bye week fill. And I've always felt impact RBs are easily to get off WW than WRs.

Stay pat. It’s not as bad as you think. You only need 1. Start the 4 WRs and Jacobs or Najee week 1. No worries. You might be pleasantly surprised. Najee is gonna get the load early most likely and Jacob’s might be Jacob’s again in that awesome Aaron Jones role.

I think you are fine in a start 1 RB format. I wouldn't force a move right now but always have an eye on options to improve the spot. Could be waivers, could be minor trade, could be major trade. No need to force anything at the moment.

In most lineups, I'd be worried....but the way your works, I think you are OK. Jacobs could be very good and it seems like you can easily start 4 WR each week.
