Should I drop Odighizuwa and claim Jacquies Smith (TB)? Bid: 20% or lower?

I like Jacquies Smith over the other waiver options. He has put up sacks over the last half of last year and starting off great this year. I think it continues. He is in a good spot with McCoy and McDonald clogging the middle and letting him get good matchups. He is worth it.

O-O is hurt and will take some time. I would go after Smith.
