I'd hold onto Gerhart. When I'm only keeping 24 in an IDP league, DL and DB are the positions with the least keeper value (besides kicker) to me. There is so much variance at those positions that you can get by with guys you pick up in the rookie/vet draft or free agency.The only exception might be if you're getting a top 1-3 DL. In your case, I think Gerhart could end up being one of your top 2 RB. Each of the Jacksons could pass him, but they both have big question marks (age and usage).

With the defensive scoring in your league, I'd just as well keep Toby.
