Should leagues allow trades after Thursday? (1 Viewer)

Now that every week has a Thursday night game, we're finding some issues with guys trading players after Thursday to improve their chances on Sunday - not that there's anything problematic with trying to improve your team, but opponents are saying it's not fair that some teams are essentially making trades during the week of play.

We're considering only allowing trades on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thoughts?

As long as players aren't involved in the Thursday game, I'd be OK with letting it play out until Sunday morning.

I agree with Nugget, trades and decisions on who starts up to the point of kick off for that player.

Unless you are in some silly league and the other teams have to vote to approve the trade and people dont vote until after kick off just to screw you...

As long as Thursday players have locked on your roster for that week, there is no problem with it at all.

Trades must be completed by midnight of Friday to be eligible for use in Sun/Mon games.

Trades must be completed by Wed at 5pm to be eligible for use in Thursday games.

Why would you not allow trading after Thursday. I don't even mind trading players that play on Thursday unless someone is abusing it. When is a better time to trade Alex Smith if he carves up the Eagles defense for 350 and 3 when it is still fresh in the minds of people that just seen the prime time game?
