I'm not gonna go around throwing chocolate pudding at the self-inflicted fatties but their poor health choices do have an adverse affect on the rest of society (in terms of strain on healthcare resources and higher insurance premiums). I think its fair to acknowledge that fact and not go out of our way to push the over the top"beautiful at any size" narrative that encourages irresponsible behavior.
I really don't give rat's patootie what someone else does to themselves for the most part. Addictions and bad habits are difficult to break so I can't judge as I have plenty of my own personal struggles. I am a fatty, btw, who now has his own cardiologist thanks to my bp being off the charts. Doc told me to stop being obese so I have to make lifestyle changes. Working on it...
What other kinds of obesity are there? It seems it is all "self inflicted" since there are way to not be that way by exercising and eating better/less.
