Shouldn't the Bengals be looking for another RB? (1 Viewer)

With Perry hurt, the Bengals depth at RB is scary thin. If Rudi goes down, so does the Bengals. Is Kenny Watson still their next option at TB should Rudi go down? I don't believe Q Wilson is viable backup. If so, that is :lmao: Maybe the Bengals will be the next team to trade for a RB.

At least Wilson has a good attitude. You never know, Cincy likes to promote from within. We'll have to watch this for the rest of the preseason because they'll likely want to see what he's capable of. I still remember that one awesome run he had in college where he bowled over the safety from Miami. Here's the youtube video of it. Not the best quality, but still worth watching.

KFFL: Bengals | Wilson trying to emulate Johnson

Tue, 22 Aug 2006 19:43:11 -0700

Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports Cincinnati Bengals RB Quincy Wilson came into camp 10 pounds lighter and leaner this season and is trying to emulate starting RB Rudi Johnson, "Anything Rudi does, he's the man around here." Wilson is trying to gain the trust of the coaches and follow the footsteps of Johnson's rag to riches.

Chris Perry is like Christmas..

you get all excited about him right before the season.. until it comes and you break a couple of those christmas balls and at the end you are stuck with an ugly sweater you feel bad about getting rid of.

good question. Perry does seem like he may be unreliable due to his injury history.

i hate to bring him up, but what about Wells?

Wilson is not a bad back at all. He kind of reminds me of Rudi actually. Marvin likes both Watson and Wilson. They've both been around for a while. I don't think they will be trading for any Rb's imo. Though it was late in the games, Dorsey has been great as well.
