'I'm saying a solid 120 yards and a TD with 20 receiving yards tacked on for good measure.
I just traded him for Ronnie Brown, so hopefully he has a monstrosity of a week this week.
No, I got Roethlisberger, New England defense, Steve Slaton, Rian Lindell, and Gus Frerotte and I gave Donovan McNabb (bye week), Ronnie Brown, Shane Graham and Santonio Holmes. Both of my QBs were on bye weeks and I have Brady Quinn stashed as a potential keeper, so I needed two QBs and a defense this week. Tis a must win week this week (Which is why I wanted Slaton this week -- should get at LEAST 15 points minimum). It was basically a Roethlisberger/Slaton for McNabb/Brown swap. I know I gave up a bit more than I got, but I think in the long run -- with both McNabb and Brown as injury risks, I'll be just fine. The rest of my roster is stacked anyway and I needed a feature runner: A la - Slaton who is the featured back -- Brown is the featured back in Miami but Ricky is vulturing some carries away from him so... I just had a feeling to pull the trigger. Hopefully it will turn out to be a good feeling -- it was a bit of a gamble for sure, but leagues aren't won and lost by playing it conservative.'I'm saying a solid 120 yards and a TD with 20 receiving yards tacked on for good measure.

straight up?
I like it. Jennings might get more points then all of the three you got total this year, but then again, Slaton could put up just as much. Plus you get a first rounder -- very good trade, IMO.Its cool.. i traded away the best WR in the NFL IMO Greg Jennings....But i had no RB.. im in a Dynasty...I gotSlatonSteve Smith(NYG) looks good... llike him in the futureDomenik Hixon09 1st rounder..... a good one
I like those numbers but throw in a REC TD as well.I think Houston does a lot through the air this week, plus I see Ahman Green getting some work too. That said I see:90 rush yards 1 TD and 30 rec yards 0 TD
For those people with Warner or another QB on bye, I think Schaub is a decent bye replacement. I think it could be a big passing day and receiving day for all involved. But who knows. My guess would be about 12 for 65 rushing and 6 for 55 receiving and at least 1 TD.
I think Green will get close to 10 carries this week, but most of Houston's damage will happen through the air.
They almost won stacking the line because the Vikings were not able to pass the ball enough to hurt them. It is silly to think that they will just keep using this defensive approach because it almost got them a win. Minnesota has one of the best rbs in football, and no passing game. Houston's biggest offensive weapon is a receiver and if the Lions hope to win this game they will have to focus on slowing down the passing attack of the Texans. Schaub is still a good play this week because the Lions will struggle to take away all of the options the Texans have, but it will not be because the Lions will just bring over their gameplan from this Sunday.Detroit just almost won their first game by stacking the line against the run. No reason to think they don't play the same way against the Texans. Look for ~80 yards on the ground, with a chance for a goalline TD. Schaub is the play this week....
I think these numbers are the most realistic considering all of the points above but especially considering how the workload was split last week. I envision it going 50/50 the more games Green gets in and can stay healthy.I think Houston does a lot through the air this week, plus I see Ahman Green getting some work too. That said I see:90 rush yards 1 TD and 30 rec yards 0 TD
They were stacking the line because Minny's offense is predictable and they hardly ever stretch the field...Peterson still gained 100+ on the ground.Hou has more of a balanced attack and you MUST respect Andre Johnson considering his 170yd explosion last week. They won't be able to do stack the line ... which should make for a big day for Slaton. ... IMODetroit just almost won their first game by stacking the line against the run. No reason to think they don't play the same way against the Texans. Look for ~80 yards on the ground, with a chance for a goalline TD. Schaub is the play this week....
That's a 24 fantasy pt. week. What you're describing would generally land him close to the top 5 RB's for the week.He could have a blowup game but lets be realisitc.I would say 80rush 40rec and 2td's (he's getting the GL work)Should be a nice game for him but i dont see him getting over 120 combined yards....unless maybe if detroit keeps it a close game.

im not saying he will get 200 total yards or even 150 rush is my point.80 yrds for his is very reasonable even against decent defenses.30-40 yrd rec is also isnt stretching it out that far.Now the 2td part comes in cause he in now being used as our GL rb....Houston should have plenty of redzone looks. Thats not too much of a stretch there either.I just dont think 120++ rush and over 40++ rec is reasonable unless like i say the game is close. They might have to lean on him a bit more. Green will have a presence here though...I'd say this is a blow-up game.He could have a blowup game but lets be realisitc.I would say 80rush 40rec and 2td's (he's getting the GL work)Should be a nice game for him but i dont see him getting over 120 combined yards....unless maybe if detroit keeps it a close game.
If you took Ahman Green and somehow manifested him into an adjective, he would be the exact opposite of the word healthy. He would also be a very good synonym for fragile.I think these numbers are the most realistic considering all of the points above but especially considering how the workload was split last week.
