2 options. Commissioner designates winnings, or league votes. Each person who gets winnings selects how they want to be paid out. check, e-check, paypal etc.

I don't think PayPal is an option for League Safe. Only e-check (if you want to give out your bank acct #) or paper check via mail.

Sounds like you've got some primo bloodlines there.I doubt it has anything to do with your uncle if no one's been paid. Have you tried contacting him civilly? He might have just checked out after his fantasy season was over. That makes him a lame commish, but not a theif. Doubt he's stealing your small buy-ins when you all know where he lives.
