avail yourself of mental health professionals in your area. IIRC at least two FBGuys have posted links to the DAL area in this thread. 

and yes, i know insurance/cost is an issue for you in your current situation. feel free to look at low cost/no cost options. forget about your prior experiences with mental health professionals, you've mentioned how you didn't care for the experiences in the past.

I'm not religious. Ive been depressed, antisocial and constantly thinking of suicide my entire life. Now I'm starting to have thoughts of violence that scare me. I need to see a real doctor 1 on 1 and look in to serious medication . You don't get that in group counseling.

This country sucks and you can't get medical help when you need it.

Not to mention I'm a lifelong social outcast so the idea of a support group makes me greatly uncomfortable. It would probably be a waste of time because I won't trust the group and I'll probably not even talk

She's well aware of my feelings. It's not even certain if she is coming here or moving to England. If she decides to go to England I won't be able to follow.

She has no insurance she is a freelance graphic designer. I've never met any of her family either and vice versa
