fwiw I am not asking for advice or the such as I dont even own a franchise just thought it was interesting...

link to draft(they started the 1st 5 rounds on 2005 site and imported the rosters and picked the draft up...also some funky homer rule where for a certain amount of rounds every other round you had to draft a homer player for your team)

Well that's an understatement. Some these guys haven't been in the league for years. I would grab Marquis Cooper at this point on the off chance that Brooks get injured. Barrett Green or Cordova maybe. Otherwise, I stumped. Supplemental draft players available yet?

Cooper would have been my first choice also. Brooks could be a cap casualty next year, especially with S Rice signed until '08.I didn't think I would ever type this, but Barry Gardner has a slim chance of starting at ILB for the Pats. Beisel is obviously not starting caliber and Bruschi (to put it kindly) is an injury risk. Gardner has not shown crap in the NFL, but he was drafted in the early 2nd-round of the '99 draft...

...one spot before Mike Peterson.

Any backup Detroit Lion LB should be on a roster in a league this deep. The projected starters all have a history of injuries. Lehman missed last season and is still a question mark for training camp. Bailey has a history of knee injuries and also is questionable for training camp, and Ernie Sims has a history of concussions.
