Ironically, Week 12 will be heavy rain and McCown at Soldier Field.
80% chance of rain from 10:00 am as of now. Skilling (he's like a weather God out here) is calling for at least 1" of rain and decently strong winds - 15-20 MPH. Course that could change in a few days...or a few hours.
