Someone really needs to figure out why my ###### VPN won't launch (1 Viewer)

Suddenly, suddenly, all of the sudden it stopped working last Tuesday morning.

It is a web-based system that I am able to log in to.  When I launch My Computer (to connect to my work PC), the java circle just spins and will not launch the application.  Java is all up to date.

The strange thing is that if I tether to my Iphone and use that as the internet connection, it will work some of the time.  But not on my home network.  And I've tried some other wi-fi networks and they will not launch it either.  It did work last Thursday when I was on the wi-fi in my office.

What the hell is going on here and what should I try?

You guys are good.  I just used IE and it launched it no problem.  I usually use firefox.  But I had also tried using IE after the problem started and it still wouldn't connect.  So the intermittency of this situation I think will continue and is really the worst part of it all.
