Also, for as much as the DTs are great in this draft, there aren't many 4-3 DEs. Not that I think Spence is a 4-3 end......
Ravens receive pick 40, and 71 from NYGRavens pick #36 trade to Giants.

An early 3rd to move down 4 spots in the 2nd?Ravens pick #36 traded to Giants.
For #40 and #71
I mean, good on Ozzie for pulling that off, but ... wow.Looks good. Your haste is appreciated.Draft order updated. Double check it, please, fellas.
Did you at least buy him dinner first?Ravens pick #36 traded to Giants.
For #40 and #71
I think you did well, especially since it doesn't look good for Gordon and because Fuller idolizes AB so he obviously makes good decisions.1.08 - Ronnie Stanley, OT
2.01 - Will Fuller, WR
Thoughts on the first 2 picks? I'm in love w the first pick. Many are real high on Fuller, and I personally like him... I just dont LOVE him. The objective was Coleman, and in all honesty, Coleman would be a Brown (someone checked their PM after making their pick, and said they would have made the trade).. but oh well.
There were a few names I was considering at 2.01, but the Browns need weapons for RG3 if they are truly content on giving him the opportunity to be a franchise QB (and they obv are doing that)
If Gordon gets reinstated, absolute gravy on the cake.. and if not, Fuller was the most WR1 type player left in the draft, so it had to be done.
To be honest, there were two players I really wanted on the board. So I did think about it. Definitely have to do a bunch of digging on some more players now. I feel like I might have passed on some high end talent for role players. But Newsome has a quote about hitting doubles that I'm trying to use as my "draft strategy."An early 3rd to move down 4 spots in the 2nd?I mean, good on Ozzie for pulling that off, but ... wow.
Love the idea of pairing him with Buckner.Chargers take Jonathan Bullard, DE, Florida
Same here. This would give the Chargers a great core at DL of Liuget, Mebane, Buckner, and Bullard, a huge improvement over recent years.Love the idea of pairing him with Buckner.
When I was considering drafting this pick if you were MIA, I went looking for Kelly. Forgot he went in the 1st.Same here. This would give the Chargers a great core at DL of Liuget, Mebane, Buckner, and Bullard, a huge improvement over recent years.
I would have taken Kelly if available, but none of the other centers are as compelling IMO.
Did you have to trade up for him? Just not sure he'd have been taken and you gave up a lot...2.36 NYG selects Robert Nkemdiche
Not sure if i HAD to, but thats what I did. If he can stay out of trouble i still believe he is the top 10 guy he was projected to be previously. Was a gamble, high risk high reward scenarioDid you have to trade up for him? Just not sure he'd have been taken and you gave up a lot...
Alright, touché.Yes, in this draft you needed to trade up for him. Good pick, he was #1 on my short list.
Agreed. I was happy Kelly went one pick before me so I could choose between Coleman and Billings. I'd have considered Kelly in the 2nd, but there are plenty more good centers later. Kalil is getting up there, so a C would be an option if they fall to BPA, which they usually do.When I was considering drafting this pick if you were MIA, I went looking for Kelly. Meh. There's a ton of centers in this draft, compared to years past. SD can get one later. Kelly isn't some generational talent.
The top 5 on my board were Spence,Nkemdiche, Spriggs, and Cook. We can upgrade almost anywhere.2.37 San Francisco selects Indiana OT Jason Spriggs
commentary to follow (don't want to hold spidey up)
No kidding. Still 25 more picks till my second rounder.Appears this draft needs a shot clock
It has been awhile (at least 7/8 years) but one mock I participated in used just give us a window of time to either live pick, trade or send a proxy list.Appears this draft needs a shot clock
Hackenburg?
I don't follow the Jags all that closely but given what I've read of their needs it seems like Correa would be the ld,o pick here.
Nice one, thank you.The Jags select Kamalei Correa, DE/OLB, BSU.
I think he is a good fit for the Vikings defense and should be a very nice addition to the Giants as well.2.36 NYG selects Robert Nkemdiche
D***, I was literally typing a trade offer to try and move up for him.The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select:
Karl Joseph, S, WVU
I think Stanley is a fine pick and needed with several quality offensive line leaving the Browns in free agency.1.08 - Ronnie Stanley, OT
2.01 - Will Fuller, WR

Excellent pick. Best safety in this draft class by far in my opinion. Possibly worth a 1st round pick. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select:
Karl Joseph, S, WVU

The one I ran? Sure he was. Went at 2.19 to the Falcons.Excellent pick. Best safety in this draft class by far in my opinion. Possibly worth a 1st round pick.
He wasn't even drafted in 3 rounds of the other recent mock draft like this.. so I thought he would be safe for me to wait until the second round for. Guess not.
Great pick.
