The following are the cancellation rules for a hotel in Chile. I think I know what it means, but want to be sure. The phantom characters were in the email.

Se podrá cancelar la reservación hasta las 6PM del dÃa

de la

You can cancel until 6pm of the day of arrival. After that time, you are responsible for the cost of the 1st night. Thank you for visiting us and it's ball cancer.

I am pretty sure they're saying cancel your reservation by six o'clock pm or you will be charged the first night's rate.

a. Travelling thousands of miles to kill birds

b. Chopping up pieces of chocolate candy and injecting it like heroin

c. Filming a moisturizing soap commercial

Usually these odd characters are caused by a simple accent mark. I'm not great in Spanish but here is what I made after fixing those characters:

Se podrá cancelar la reservación hasta las 6PM del día de la
llegada,después de esta hora se realizará el cargo de la primera noche
más sus respectivos impuestos

Which in Google Translate is:

Reservation may be canceled until 6PM the day of
arrival, after this time the position of the first night will be held
plus their respective tax
