If you belong to Real Leagues and have an extra team that is looking for a home, please check out the Ladder League.
The Ladder League consists of three 12-team redraft leagues that combine to form a ladder. There is the "A" league which is the top rung, the "B" league which is the middle rung, and the "C" league which is the bottom rung. Each year you battle the owners in your rung for promotions (and to avoid demotions) up and down the ladder. The goal is to earn your way up to the "A" league and win the whole thing.
Please write me if you're interested. This gives the average redraft league a cool twist.
