So some back story .....
When I first moved here in 2003 there were two county police officers living next door. They move out and in comes a convicted pedophile.
Back in the 90s he allegedly went down on his niece. Has a bad drug habit, goes to jail for 3 years.
So he gets out of jail, starts a business, gets clean. By the time he moves here he's doing well and while we gave little to no contact with him, he keeps his yard in immaculate condition and makes several improvements to the house so it's not horrific yet....
Since we have two girls we were obviously leery of the dude and kept our distance but I would speak to him from time to time in a keep your enemies close kinda thing. So in the handful of times I spoke to him you could tell he was a little off but he was always proud of how he got his life together and all he wanted was to be positive and move on and yada, yada.
Well one day he is particularly excited to share his news that he's been exonerated. The niece recanted her story and said she made the whole thing up. Now this is where things get weird(er)...
So my neighbor, we'll call him "Pedo", gets officially exonerated by the state and from what I understand isn't exactly easy.
Then Pedo's brother in law- aka the father of the girl who first alleged the sexual assault commits suicide. Blows his head clear off.
Two weeks later Pedo is found dead in his house.
Two more weeks go by and Pedo's sister, mother of the girl who alleged the assault moves in with her son and daughter. I don't know where the alleged former victim is. I imagine she doesn't want to live in the house of a guy who either assaulted her or the guy she sent to jail for years. Just weird anyway you slice it.
So moving on....They all have brand new cars, including a $54,000 mustang cobra, a Lincoln sedan which is prolly $40k easy, and another small SUV. You'll understand why I'm telling you this in a minute.
So they have plans to keep the house. She just needs to sell hers and blah blah, blah.
That was a year ago. Fast forward to the present and now the house is in foreclosure, doors are hanging off all sides of the house, the boy doesn't work and just sells dope all day. Parties on the weekend. Oh and his Presa Canario ( think mastiff Pitt bull mix) has a litter of puppies and has plans to keep as many as possible. Well he kept 3 puppies and the mother so that's nice. So while it's cute that these puppies are crapping all over my front yard since he doesn't have a fence, it's not going to be cute to have a pack of 100 lb plus dogs roaming free by next year.
So..... My theory is.....
Pedo actually did the assault and offered money for the girl to recant.
Dad couldn't live with it and blew his head off (so no life insurance money )
Nephew kills uncle
They take all the uncles money and buy cars immediately following his "death ".
Now they're squatting on the house until they get booted.
WTF is wrong with people???????? How can I get these ####ers out????
