Daniel Graham is correct. Let me double check Tennessee.

Both are correct abrecher. Make Graham his 16th pick and Tennessee his 17th. Can someone PM whomever is next? I need to eat a late lunch.

I wonder if he also has a hot SIL (sweepdogs...cough, cough)

Phil Dawson, PK, CLE
Good choice. I think Cleveland will be much improved this year.
Yeah, I pretty much got the steal of the draft there. ;) I hope Cleveland does better. It just became apparent to me that I have three roster spots occupied by Brownies.

Greg Lewis, WR, Philadelphia
I almost took Lewis, but decided to roll the dice and see if Keary can regain the form of his rookie season as a 3rd WR, a role more suited to him IMO.

:lmao:
Well, that tells me where the Carolina homer stands LOL. What the hell, it was the 17th round, if I get even 1 week of production out of him it was worth the pick, if not, no real loss, this was purely a shot in the dark,.

17.16: Andrew Walter, QB, OAK

This wasn't planned, but my super-duper sleeper TE got taken (Stephen Alexander). He's the last TE I would've been happy with (or real useful, IMO). I could go with L.J. Smith's backup (Matt Schobel), but I believe Walter will likely be more beneficial to me. I'll take my chances with LJ staying healthy (1 game missed in his 3 years as a pro & that may not have even been due to injury).

Gimme a few to find a K.

I've been considering Alexander for several rounds but thought he might slip to me in the 17th with expected Kicker and Defense runs. I'm ecstatic to end up with him and Kinney considering how long I waited on TE...wouldn't be surprised if they combined for 110 receptions. I currently have them projected for 100.OBTW...that makes six QBs for FootballJones :pickle:

I don't know if I'd have taken a kicker there. I'm fairly certain one of your QBs will be on special teams this year.

I'll have my pick up in a minute. This is a tough decision since I have a RB bye week to consider, only 5 WRs, but there's another player out there I like that I think should have been drafted by now. Too bad we don't go 20 rounds in this one.

He was going to be my pick at 17.03, but I'm working on a new kicker statistic that adjusts their accuracy rating based on the frequency of longer (low-probability) FG attempts. Using the new numbers, Dawson rates as one of the worst kickers in the league.

I'm holding my nose and taking TE Leonard Pope. My week 6 byes are going to be bad, but I looked and so are a lot of people's. The RB5 or WR6 I could take here won't be as valuable as the extra 2 pts per reception IMO.

What are you mad about?? You got the great Kinney, and Alexander connection. 100 combined catches. Your money. Not as money as my Buff QB connection, but your close. LOL!

Pope was the one guy I considered besides Alexander (at the end of the draft) for my TE2. He has the same bye as L.J. Smith, though. Also, I can't see Pope catching a lot of balls in his rookie year, but he's no doubt a value here in the last round. Alexander & Pope were nice last-ditch efforts for depth at TE, IMO.

I went bargain basement at TE, but with Pollard, Heiden and Pope, I think I'll get decent scoring at the position. The tough decision for me was whether I should take a fifth RB to cover my week 6 bye week - I'll only have DeAngelo Williams that week at RB . Compounding that, I'll only have one D (Arizona), and three receivers (SMoss, Glenn and Engram). And I'll lose Heiden at TE. As it is, my choice was a third mediocre tight end to give me two on week 6, compared with a weak sixth receiver that would give me four on week 6, compared with a scrub running back who may not even play week 6. The second tight end was by far the highest scoring of those options, which gives me the best chance of surviving an ugly bye week. That, and hoping that other people relying on Green Bay, New England, Indy, Jacksonville, Minnesota and Cleveland score less than me.
