That was actually Sunday morning......not this morning. I don't think he was OTC at that point.He will certainly be hurting if he "times-out" again.

Side Note: He would also have to miss his round 15 pick to be eligible for replacement. (Three in a row, according to rules.) I, for one, hope that does not happen. But.........he has not been the most reliable, so I suppose it's a possibility. This is what happens when you do not take the time to do a little research and pre-draft via PM's. (Yes, yes...beating a dead horse and all.)

I can't believe that he showed, made only one of 2 picks due, and he picked a player who was off the board.

Due to timeout again in @50 minutes. Shame we have to wait as he clearly is not paying attention and 99% won't be back in time to pick again.

Let's move on. He made his pick and left. Now it's the next person's turn to pick IMO. When or if he comes back he can catch up.

No, we need to abide by the rules......we need to wait until he "times-out", then we can move on. It is only fair. If nothing else, we need to up-hold the fairness of these types of leagues, or who would be willing to join in the future if they know we are wiliing to circumvent the rules?

I'm pretty sure the rules state that once you make your pick, the next guy is up. He made his pick. He screwed up, but he made his pick.

He is still OTC, because he did not make his round 14 selection yet............he has until 3:12 pm EST to do so. Granted, he needs to make two selections, but he is still OTC.

im almost positve ive been in leagues with bass where someone did this and we moved on. theres no reason for everyone else to wait for this guy.
