St. Louis at Tampa Bay (1 Viewer)

Is this game a snoozer or do we just not have any STL/TB fans here?

I wasn't expecting Davis vs. McCown to be crazy entertaining but 8 posts?

Brian Quick showed up two weeks in a row--this week 7 receptions for 74 yards. Does this mean he is a reliable WR3 to start going forward? What do Rams' fans say?

I think Austin Davis has firmly secured the starting QB job for the rest of the year. Love his mobility and decision-making today.

:lmao: hilarious.

Very easily could be 2-0, but not going anywhere...higher draft pick and getting a QB is more important.

Man, hope Evans is alright. Guy got killed.

Win or loss, happy with how the Rams looked today. Davis especially.
Davis looked good; keeping it close is so important as they were able to get a step or two off play-action for 4 quarters of football and that helped the passing game considerably.

Terrible end. He got hit at 14 seconds. They should run the clock down to 4 seconds. Stupid.
Thought I was the only person that noticed this. Awful time management by the refs.
bring back the replacement refs

total horse#### reffing, he's laying on the field and can't get up at :12...

Just brought this up in the bucs thread . Shouldn't Lovie have been out there arguing this trying to get it reviewed or something?

Once refs declare a game over they bolt to the locker room.

I know, right? They need to blow the whistle the moment the guy got clobbered and touches the ground! No coach or player would EVER complain about the clock being stopped the instant the guy hits the ground and losing 10 seconds.

Or maybe after the guy struggles to his feet and stumbles a bit. Sure, you've got players trying to help him to his feet so he can stand at the end of the line and get the snap to ground the ball. We've seen that before. They simply shouldn'tt give them that chance. Just blow the whistle the moment a guy seems like he may be just a bit woozy. Again.... nobody would EVER have a problem with that.

Or are they waiting to declare it to be an injury until the team's training staff rushed on to try and pull him off. The training staff on the field? It's kind of hard to NOT blow the whistle then. So once the trainers get on the field, blow the whistle and spin ten seconds off. Only nine seconds left? Sorry to hear that. Better luck next week.

Yeah, it was an extremely unsatisfying way to have the game end. But if you want to blame someone, blame Sam Wyche.
