Seriously, I'm the wrong guy to read this from.

I don't take the preseason seriously, as has been well documented.

Do you want me to say who looks good/who doesn't so everyone can make irrational conclusions, or is what I'm doing okay?

Chiefs march methodically down the field. I can't tell if Turley is doing much. It looks like he's been covered by a TE alot of that drive.

Ha ha. Whatever you like, mate. We don't grade your posts till the reg. season.

Okay, here is what I see.

Larry Johnson, 9 rushs for 37 yards. NO receptions. Hope this is not what Herm plans for the regular season.

Kennison has the only two receptions so far. Still #1.

Local announcers here is St. Louis are HORRIBLE. Martin Kilcoyne and Ricky Proel talking about how the rookie DE Tamba Hall (not Hali) has been talked up.

On the Raiders-Lions game yesterday, Jim Plunkett mentioned the Lions had gotten rid of Joey Heatherton in the offseason.

Kennison with his 4th catch of the game. Rams still with no answer for KC offense. Turley seems to be holding up pretty well. Green playing unmolested. 5th catch by Kennison.

OMG JACKSON TWO RUSHES FOR -2 YARDS TRADE HIM NOW OMG.
Wouldn't be a bad idea.
At least the heel and hamstring seem okay.
No kidding, and that's ALL you should be watching for in preseason.
I hear what you are saying but I disagree slightly. I also look for offensive schemes and how players are being used. One worry for example is the Chiefs offensive tackles struggling and tight ends being left in to help out with the pass rush. That obviously is a red flag for TE Tony Gonzalez that needs to be taken into consideration when compiling a cheat sheet.I also try to monitor the older running backs such as Fred Taylor and Corey Dillon to see if father time has caught up to them yet. I don't base my entire thought processes on preseason but do think it has its place in player evaluations...I definitely agree with you however when it comes to the 2nd quarter on when the backups get into the game. I completely ignore a player who goes off against a 3rd string defense.

As I finish the least post, next 2 plays Green is running for his life but eludes the rush and hits Parker for a nice gain downfield.

Good tackle to prevent a TD by Witherspoon.

FG by KC. 10-3.

KC Running game looks nonexistant with Dee Brown in the game. Michael Bennett is expected to get some PT tonight according to the announcers.

One thing I notice about SJax is that he breaks one or two tackles and seems like he has a big run coming, but the last defender almost always brings him down. One guy left to bring him down, always seems to hold him up long enough to get tackled. This is why I rank Tiki ahead of him, Tiki runs away from the last tackler to get that real long gain and alot of long TD runs.
