I currently have Matt Ryan and am not at all confident that he can win my league for me. the Stafford owner is willing to deal for basically any upgrade at RB/WR since he already has Brees and will never use Stafford.
12-team, non PPR, 3yr Keeper league (2018 keeper rounds listed after player). Current record: 8-1 (QRRWWTFKD)

What would be a fair offer to get Stafford... and do you think Stafford is, in fact, an upgrade over Ryan?
