Start 2 QB Leagues (1 Viewer)

One of the leagues I am in is now starting 2 QB's to change up the format. FB Guys states it will have cheatsheets out later for this type of league. Does anyone have any good information on where to get info or a good message board which is now focusing on this type of league? In a 10 team league, this obviously changes the draft strategy drastically.

There are already some cheatsheats for 2QB leagues here:

Also, the VBD app should also be able to provide you with a custom cheatsheat for your league that you can print out.

As far as 2QB leagues are concerned, I tried it and really didn't like it. There's just not enough QBs to go around. If somebody is looking to add more importance to the QB slot, a point per completion is a much better option IMO.

i've drafted in a 10-team and an 8-team league where we start 2 QBs.

In the 10-team league, Brady went first round, Manning, Romo, Brees, Ben in the 2nd, DA and Palmer the 3rd, McNabb and Hasselbeck the 4th. The only guys to really "hold off" on drafting a QB drafted their 1st QB in the 5th, and then their 2nd in the 6th.

In the 8-team league, it was similar, except I picked Brady and Brees in the 1st and 2nd round. I turned around and traded Brady + Calvin Johnson + Michael Turner and got Cutler, Steven Jackson and Terrell Owens in return. I'm pretty confident I won out on that deal as QBs only get 4 points / TD in that league. It's a risk drafting 2 QBs early as it pushes some pretty solid names down the list at other positions (you won't see TO going 3rd round in too many PPR leagues otherwise)

gotta have a smaller league in order for 2QB league to work. point per completion is pure insanity, unless you -1 for incompletions. An average QB is going to complete at least 15 passes per game.If a league is going to be QB heavy, all it really needs to do is change the scoring to point/20 yards, 6 points/TD, -1 for interceptions, and that will boost QBs pretty high. That simple adjustment, in a non-PPR league, means that in 2007, the top 10 scorers were all QBs, and then 14 of the top 15 were all QBs. Only LT (11th place), Randy Moss (16), Westbrook (17) and Adrian Peterson (20th) made top 20.The rest were QBs. Incidentally, that put Brady at 554 points on the season, Romo at 432, Manning at 392, and LT at 308.If you simply add a point per completion, then Brady ends up at 844 points, Cleon Lemon is tied for 25th place with LT at 308 points, followed by Chad Pennington at 298 and then Sage Rosenfels and Randy Moss are tied at 287 points. Even if you add point per completion and subtract incompletions, you still end up with Philip Rivers outscoring LT and Jeff Garcia and Jason Campbell outscoring AD, Portis and Addai. Chad Penning was ahead of Reggie Wayne.Just kinda messes things up. Now THAT is a headache.
