Start Keenum over McCown? (1 Viewer)

On my bye week with a QB and had planned to start McCown. But am worried about the weather in NJ on Sunday. Thunderstorms and wind.

Given the weather, would anyone start Brisset or Keenum over McCown?  

Kizer and Trubisky also out there.

Unless its a monsoon, i'd go McCown. Keenum has done nothing other than 1 good game.
