Bizarro-world question, I know.

Coming off a horrible team performance I would expect the Hawks to be focused for tonight. My gut tells me to start him along with Metcalf against a good-but-not-great Cardinals defense. 

At the same time, I have Justin Herbert sitting on the bench and the FBG analysis guys are projecting similar scores and there's little to no risk of a bad outing for him against the Jets.

Am I overthinking this?

Any and all responses appreciated...

I would roll with him.  Great QBs usually don't struggle for long.  Hyde coming back means teams can't disregard the run as much and Cards are going to put up pts so could be high-scoring.  

Think it's a testament to how awful the Jets are that this is a fair question though.

LOL. And the only reason, aside from an irrational fear of another 'bad' outing that I even contemplate not starting him.
