Start Rivers v. Broncos or drop RB for 2nd QB (1 Viewer)

Rivers is @denver week 1. last year rivers had two awful fantasy games against denver.  I went Zero RB with my draft, so I would prefer to hold on to all my RB's but i think I may need to drop one to pickup another QB for week 1

So drop smallwood, j charles, or jeremy hill to pickup palmer or bradford (both have plus matchups week 1), or keep the RB's and ride it out with rivers? thoughts?

You didn't really include enough information for a clear answer. Is this a PPR league, what are your point values, and what does the rest of your roster look like? 
However, given the information at hand, I'd probably drop Charles for Bradford who is at home against what was a horrible defense last year.

I'd drop Charles for Palmer. NO has done a lot to improve their defense. Plus when Rivers faces the Broncos again Palmer faces the Rams while Bradford faces the Ravens so that gives Palmer another slight advantage.
